Product Engineering

Product Engineering: SaaS development and AI integration

From idea to shipped product: I design, prototype with AI and code web applications that meet your needs.

What is a Product Engineer?

A new role made possible by AI.

A few years ago, launching a SaaS required a team: a product manager, a designer, one or more developers, and a lot of coordination. Today, AI has removed the line between these roles. A single profile, a Product Engineer, can design, prototype and ship a complex product in a few weeks, where it used to take several quarters.

A Product Engineer owns the problem from A to Z: spec and roadmap thinking, design, production code, integration of AI tools both in the workflow and in the product itself. You have one point of contact who decides fast and carries product and tech trade-offs together, sparing the meetings and many back-and-forth between the different stakeholders that used to be needed before AI.

My approach in 4 steps

From idea to live product, here's how I move.

1/4

Understand

Light discovery: I map the problem, identify target users and define what success looks like. No 50-page spec, just clarity.

A clear 1-2 page scope, shared with you.

2/4

Prototype

Fast prototyping with AI tools (Claude Code, Codex, Lovable…) and design systems. We validate the concept before writing a single line of production code.

An interactive prototype you can test.

3/4

Build

Full-stack development with Vue/Nuxt, Tailwind and modern APIs. Clean architecture, SEO-friendly, deployed on infrastructure that can scale.

A product in production, clean and documented code.

4/4

Launch and iterate

Ship fast, measure what matters and improve continuously. I set up analytics, gather feedback, and iterate based on real usage data.

Real usage data to decide what's next.

Tools and stack

A tight stack, chosen for shipping speed and maintainability:

Frontend

  • Vue.js
  • Nuxt
  • Tailwind CSS
  • TypeScript

Design

  • Figma
  • Design Systems
  • Responsive Design

AI Tools

  • Codex
  • Claude Code
  • Cursor
  • Gemini
  • Lovable

Infrastructure

  • Supabase
  • Convex
  • Vercel
  • Cloudflare

Use cases

Four examples of projects I can work on:

Building a SaaS MVP

Validate an idea with a real product, not a mockup. Authentication, billing, first user flow — in 4 to 12 weeks depending on scope. You get something you can show real users and investors, not another deck.

SaaS development with Nuxt and Supabase

For projects that want a modern, readable, evolvable stack: Nuxt on the frontend, Supabase on the backend (auth, database, edge functions). Clean architecture, SEO-friendly, ready to scale when the need arrives.

AI integration in your product

Add a real AI layer to an existing SaaS: natural-language assistant, content generation, automation of business tasks. We pick the right models, scope the boundaries, and measure what works in production.

Build an MCP server

Make your SaaS activable by Claude, ChatGPT (Codex) and every AI agent. A dedicated page covers everything: architecture, tools selection, lessons from two MCP servers in production.
